I specialise in helping owners to understand how issues have occurred and work to give them the tools to solve & prevent the recurrence of these issues. To achieve this I may ride/work on the horse myself, before working on both horse and rider as a partnership. I am only too happy for owners to watch. If required I can provide written plans and updates to keep owners fully informed, as well as providing them with useful advice to refer back to at a later date.
